देहरादून, : दीपांकर की घातक गेंदबाजी और बल्लेबाजी की बदौलत दून टाइगर्स ने रुड़की यंग्स को 187 रन से हराकर चौथे आल इंडिया उत्तराखंड क्रिकेट कप के अगले दौर में जगह बनाई। दून टाइगर्स के दीपांकर को हरफनमौला प्रदर्शन के लिए मैन आफ द मैच के खिताब से नवाजा गया।
मंगलवार को रेंजर्स ग्राउंड में दून टाइगर्स क्रिकेट अकेडमी और रुड़की यंग्स के बीच मुकाबला हुआ। दून टाइगर्स ने टॉस जीतकर पहले बल्लेबाजी का फैसला किया। ओपनिंग करने उतरे संजीव ने सात छक्के और दो चौकों की मदद से 38 गेंद पर शानदार 61 रन बनाए। इसके बाद अरविंद सजवाण ने 38 गेंद पर 51 और शोभित ने 15 गेंद पर 44 रन की धुआंधार पारी खेली। दून टाइगर्स की ओर से दीपांकर ने 15 गेद पर 35 रन बनाए। पूरी टीम 33.1 ओवर में 318 रन ही बना सकी। लक्ष्य का पीछा करने उतरी रुड़की यंग्स शुरुआत अच्छी नहीं रही। टीम की ओर से केवल लोकेश (21), इमरान (19), अजय (17) व मुजीब (16) ही दहाई का आंकड़ा छू सके। पूरी टीम 21.5 ओवर में 131 रन ही बना सकी। दून टाइगर्स की ओर से दीपांकर ने 31 रन देकर छह विकेट लिए। जबकि अरविंद सजवाण ने 19 रन देकर दो विकेट लिए।
